Welcome to the Business Club Frankfurt Toastmasters

Business Club Frankfurt Toastmasters : a place where you can develop public speaking & leadership skills.  A place where you can become a confident public speaker and a strong leader.  A club that combines a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with an attention to speech making quality and self-improvement.

Although we are ‘the business club’, our membership is open to all.  Our diverse member base includes business people, students, IT specialists, the self employed, retirees, & home workers.  The personality of the club is the sum total of the shared interests and commonalities of the members, and by implication of Frankfurt: diverse, open to newcomers,  & ambitious.

Our members join for various reasons.  Some to practice presenting for work, others to overcome anxiety.  A supportive club atmosphere lets you practice, refine your performance, and get genuine judgement-free feedback to help you build your skills the next time round.

And whilst some parts of the meetings focus on business-specific topics, the speaking skills that you develop are universal, which you can then apply in any situation.

Perhaps you think your work life gives you all the speaking practice you need.  But the difference is that Toastmasters offers you judgement free feedback, that vital honest ingredient missing from many work situations.

Visit us and see what you can get out of Toastmasters.

Our leadership team of 7 guides our club and maintains our high standards year after year.

Toastmasters International

Toastmasters International is a non-profit organisation, and a world leader in communication and leadership development. Toastmasters has come a long way since the first club was formed in 1924, when Ralph C. Smedley saw a need for the people around him to learn how to speak, conduct meetings, plan programs and work on committees.  He wanted to help, so he organized a club where they could learn these skills in a social environment.

By regularly giving speeches, gaining feedback, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, members gained, and continue to gain, all round better communication and leadership skills

The world needs leaders. Leaders head families, coach teams, run businesses and mentor others. These leaders must not only accomplish, they must communicate.

Every Toastmaster’s journey begins with a single speech. During your journey, you learn to tell your stories. You listen and answer. You plan and lead. You give feedback—and accept it. Through our community of learners, you find your path to leadership.
